Music Therapy Sessions

What kind of sessions are available?

Music therapy is a powerful tool for emotional healing, especially for those struggling with stress, trauma, or social isolation. Our certified music therapists use a variety of musical techniques to encourage self-expression, improve mood, and develop emotional coping mechanisms. 


  • Drumming Circles: Participants use rhythm-based activities to express themselves, connect with others, and reduce feelings of isolation.
  • Songwriting Workshops: Individuals create personal songs to explore emotions and tell their stories. This is particularly effective in helping those with trauma process their experiences.
  • Instrumental Improvisation: Participants play various instruments in a freeform, non-judgmental environment, which helps them express emotions they may not be able to articulate verbally.
  • Vocal Empowerment: Using voice exercises and singing, individuals learn how to use their voice as a tool for emotional release and self-expression.
  • Music Listening & Discussion Groups: Participants listen to and discuss pieces of music that resonate with them, encouraging emotional reflection and community bonding.
