Our art therapy workshops provide a safe, expressive outlet for individuals to explore their emotions and overcome personal challenges. Delivered by HCPC registered art therapists, these workshops utilize a variety of mediums, such as painting, sculpture, and collage, to help participants express feelings they may struggle to verbalize.
